What we collect

Account details: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.

Order details: the shirts you order, sizes, player names, delivery address, phone number and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store them.

Your designs: images, logos and text you upload or create, and the designs made with AI on this site.

Usage: your AI design balance and how it was used, and basic technical data (cookies needed to keep you signed in).

Design chat: the answers you give in the design chat, your messages with our staff and your questions to the automatic assistant. So that you can continue later, a chat is saved even if you are not signed in, linked to a random key stored in your browser; when you sign in, your chats are linked to your account.

Addresses you save or paste, and team member names and sizes that a team organiser enters. If you enter other people's details, please make sure they agree.

How we use it

To make and deliver your shirts, show you the production status, and contact you about your order.

To run your account and AI design balance, and to prevent abuse (for example, one person creating many accounts to collect sign-up gifts).

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

The factory that produces your shirts, the delivery company, and our payment provider — only what each needs to do its job.

AI services that generate or enlarge design images, answer your questions in the chat, or sort an address you pasted into fields. We send only what is needed for that task (the design request and images, your question, or the pasted address).

If you paste a share link from another service (for example ChatGPT), we fetch the images from that link.

Our staff can read your design chat so that they can help you and make your order correctly.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax. You can ask us to delete your account; designs attached to past orders are kept as part of the order record.

Design chats that led to an order are kept with the order record. You can remove a chat from your list at any time and ask us to delete it completely.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Contact us through this shop.
