Your account

One account per person. Keep your password safe. We may suspend accounts used to abuse gifts, coupons or the AI design service.

AI design balance

Your AI design balance (points) can only be used for AI design on this site. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is not refundable. Any balance left over stays in your account for your next design.

Sign-up gifts and coupons are given at the shop's discretion and may expire or be withdrawn if misused.

Points cannot be transferred to another person or account.

AI prices may change without notice depending on market conditions, exchange rates and the prices of the AI providers we use.

Orders and custom production

Shirts are made to order with your design, sizes and names. Please check the preview carefully before ordering; colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed shirt.

Because each shirt is custom made, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts. Production defects are remade free of charge, as set out in our Refund & Remake Policy.

Your content

You must own or have permission to use any logo, image or name you upload or import (including images from share links of other services such as ChatGPT). Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexual or infringes others' rights. We may refuse to produce such designs.

You keep the rights to your own uploads. You allow us to use them to make your order and to show you previews.

Design chat and automatic assistant

Answers from the automatic assistant in the design chat are guidance only. If they differ from the prices, dates or options shown on the checkout screen and in your order confirmation, the checkout screen and order confirmation apply. Special requests are confirmed by our staff.

Payment, delivery and customs

Orders are paid in full at checkout through our payment provider (HitPay: Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, cards and others). Production starts only after the payment is confirmed.

Delivery times (standard, EXPRESS and URGENT) are counted in working days from the confirmed payment to the shipping date, not the arrival date. Carrier transit time is added on top. Rush fees are per order and are not refunded if you later change the order.

For deliveries outside Malaysia, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient. Please make sure the delivery address is complete; re-delivery caused by a wrong address is charged to the customer.

Our content and copying

The design of this website, the shirt templates, the AI example images, the text and the software behind them belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may not copy, scrape, bulk-download, resell or reuse the example images, templates or other content of this site, or access the site by automated means, without our written permission. A design you have ordered may of course be worn, shown and shared by you.

We may refuse service and take legal action against anyone who copies our content or attempts to interfere with the site.

Liability and law

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
